The service

KeyPoint Locksmith, based at 3480 Oneida St, Chadwicks, NY 13319, provides mobile locksmith services — automotive, residential, commercial and safe work — in the towns listed on this site. Using this website or booking a job means you accept these terms.

Quotes and payment

Prices on this site are honest starting points, and the exact quote you receive by phone before dispatch is the price you pay for the described job. If we arrive and the job turns out to be materially different from what was described (a different lock, additional doors, a damaged mechanism), we will re-quote before doing any work — you can decline at that point and owe only the service-call fee. Payment is due when the work is finished.

Proof of authority

We open locks only for people entitled to be behind them. Before entry work we require government photo ID plus reasonable proof you own or reside at the property, or own the vehicle. If satisfactory proof is not available, we can decline the job. This protects you as much as it protects us.

Workmanship

We use non-destructive methods first. Where drilling or destructive entry is unavoidable, we tell you before we start and you approve it. Hardware we install is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; our labor on an installation is warranted for 90 days. Wear, misuse, weather damage and pre-existing faults are not covered.

Liability

To the fullest extent New York law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
